Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the AI Power Guild.
By using the AI Power Guild, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The AI Power Guild provides AI-related workshops, content, recommendations, community features, and AI assistants or bots designed to help people use AI in their roles.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may send you service, security, account, and transactional messages, and — unless you opt out — marketing communications. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant the AI Power Guild permission to use, host, process, reproduce, display, and create technical transformations of that content as needed to operate, personalize, secure, and improve the service, including AI assistants and bots.
AI assistants, bots, recommendations, and generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to rely on them.
The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice, and AI outputs are not professional advice.
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or violate others' rights;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the service;
- scrape or reverse engineer the service;
- submit sensitive information you are not authorized to share; or
- use AI outputs to harm others.
The service relies on third-party providers (for example authentication, hosting, email, analytics, and AI processing) and may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and policies may apply to your use of them.
The service is currently provided without charge. If we introduce paid features, we will disclose the applicable fees and terms before you are charged.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AI Power Guild disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AI Power Guild will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service, its users, or others.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
